RETURNS INFORMATION

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them. 

All sale items are final sale and non returnable/refundable.

To complete a return, please request this by emailing fureverpawfectuk@outlook.com. If your return is for a faulty or incorrect item received, please also email images with as much detail as possible. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include images if you can.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund and place another order. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Costs
For items returned for a refund or exchange it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the return postage costs unless the item(s) are faulty or the incorrect product was received.
